One cannot fully appreciate the climate scam in the absence of this historical background.

In light of this context, I would suggest/guess: It appears that present organized resistance against the engineered climate takeover is a (temporary?) historical accident that has arisen from (is largely financed by) USA shale-oil enterprise that has mushroomed and has not yet been consumed by the established oil-banking-everything global monopolies.
